The 5th Jacques Lancelot International Clarinet Competition was scheduled from October 17 to 24, 2020 in Rouen, France. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, which is still very active, the conditions are not met to ensure the running of this event on the scheduled dates.

However, this edition of the competition is not canceled but postponed to next year October16 to 23, 2021.

All the candidates selected during the preselection phase, which took place in spring 2020, retain the benefit of their results and are expected in Rouen next year for the first round, semi-final and final of the competition.
